Thank u. Hi Elsa, The reason it fell apart was because the mixture was not firm enough to hold its shape while deep frying. You can either add more bread crumbs so that it absorbs all the excess moisture to keep the balls firm and stay in shape and also as an extra step, after making the balls, refrigerate them for 30 mins before deep frying.
